We are still going strong in the Playoffs, come on! Our TBS categories are in the final stages of the season, and here at #LaCronica we are here to share the action:

The usual recap is here for Torrejón Basketball Academy at the FBM basketball courts, both away games on the date shown and at our home courts, Javi Limones and Nuria Fernández, during the action on April 11th and 12th with the do-or-die matchups – on the court on April 18th and 19th:

Girls Under-10 Second Year Playoffs. We are in the Round of 32 and played C.B. Las Rozas on April 11th at Javi Limones. We face the same opponent again on April 18th at 9:30 AM, this time away.

Boys Under-12 First Year White had a home game and a victory (70-39) against C.B. Las Rozas B at Javi Limones on April 11th. 1-0 to start this final group stage for positions 37-42 in the league. We are going to Collado Villalba to face Baloncesto Villalba on April 18th at 1:00 PM.

The U12 Girls First Year team has a bye on April 11th and 12th. We ll be in the reclassification round for positions 46-50 in the competition, in a five-team group stage. We will play again on May 10th at 4:00 PM at Javi Limones against Patrocinio San José.

The U12 Blue team had a bye on April 11th and 12th. We will be in the reclassification round for positions 85-87 in the league, against Pintobasket Negro and Arganzuela Centro. We will see each other again on May 10th against Pintobasket Negro at Javi Limones at 4:00 PM.

The U12 Girls Second Year team is in the Playoffs! We played in the Round of 32 on April 11th at Javi Limones against GSD Baloncesto Alcalá. We are back in action in the FBM Gold League for the second year running. We will play them again on April 18th at 11:45 AM away.

The U12 Girls Second Year team is in the Playoffs! We played on April 11th at Javi Limones against C.D. Estudio Blanco for the start of the FBM Gold League Round of 32, and we will play away on April 18th at Paco Hernández at 6:15 PM.

The U14 Girls First Year team continues to lead the league and is unstoppable, with another victory, this time in the FBM Gold League Round of 32 on April 11th away (40-51) against C.B. Zona Press. They are 1-0 in these Playoffs. We face the same opponent again on April 18th at 2:15 PM at the Javi Limones arena to try and secure this victory.

The Girls U14 Preferente team had another great game to keep winning. This time, we won (39-26) against Aravaca Basket C.D.E. We are second in the league with a 15-2 record, congratulations! A great game against Santa María del Pilar A is scheduled for this Saturday, April 18th at 6:15 PM.

The Boys U14 First Year team earned points on a tough court against Jansen Baloncesto Torrelodones (31-81) in the FBM Round of 32. We face the same opponent again, this time at the Javi Limones arena at 7:30 PM on April 19th against BT.

The Boys U14 First Year team, Blanco, had a bye on April 11th and 12th. We will be in the reclassification round for positions 91 to 93 in the league. We will debut in this phase on April 18th against C.D. Estudio Amarillo, away at 9:30 AM.

The Infantil Preferente A team improved to 20-1 after winning at home (46-39) on April 11th against Arganzuela Centro Blanco. We beat the fourth-place team in the competition. We remain tied for first place with Juan de Austria A. We will face Pureza de María A away on April 18th at 11:00 AM.

The Infantil B team lost to Colegio Claret Madrid (86-39) last Saturday, and now has a record of 4-13. We will play C.D. Norte at Javi Limones on April 18th at 12:30 PM as our next challenge.

The Under-14 A team topped the Bronze Division with a 10-0 record in this phase, defeating Baloncesto Alcobendas B 97-108 on April 12th in their home arena. They started this final group stage 1-0, so let go! We are now in the reclassification round for positions 16-27 in the Silver Division. We will play Pintobasket away on April 19th at 9:30 AM at the Príncipe de Asturias Arena.

The Women Preferente Cadet team could not overcome Majadahonda at the Javi Limones arena (32-38), despite a great performance against the third-placed team. We are currently fifth in the standings with a 12-8 record in the FBM (Madrid Basketball Federation). We will face the tough Isaac Newton A team at 10:45 AM on April 18th at the Javi Limones arena.

The First Year Cadet team had another good day, winning another match against Marianistas Amoros at their home arena (60-63). This victory against a direct rival in the standings allows us to tie the FBM record at 11-11. We will have a bye on April 18th and 19th.

The White Cadet team could not secure a home win against C.B. Getafe A on April 11th at the Sonia Abejón arena (23-70), leaving them at the bottom of the standings. We will visit C.B. Arganda on April 18th at 9:30 AM.

Cadet B finally had the home advantage this time against Valcude Alcobendas (64-54), securing a victory. This marks our second win of the phase, although we finished at the bottom of the standings for this part of the season. We return to action on April 25th at the Javi Limones arena for a memorable match against our Cadet A team at 2:15 PM. We will be competing in the reclassification round for positions 37 through 48 in Division 1.

Cadet A achieved their fifth victory of the Bronze phase, winning on the road (72-76) against C.D.I. Rozasbasket, and with the impressive debut of Souleymane Sey in the category. A good recovery in this part of the season, bringing their record to 5-5. We return to action this April 25th at the Javi Limones arena at 2:15 PM, in a match to remember, against our Cadete B team. We will be in the reclassification round for positions 37 to 48 in Division 1.

Júnior Preferente Azul took a key step on April 11th (51-60), adding another positive result against La Paz C.D. at their home arena. A 2-1 record to start this final group stage. We will play at home at the Nuria Fernández arena on April 19th at 9:00 AM against Madrid FSM C.D.B B.

Júnior Preferente was eliminated in the Round of 16 on April 12th, playing away against Ensanche de Vallecas A (72-66). We face this same opponent again on April 19th at 5:45 PM at the Javi Limones arena.

Junior B won their match against Baloncesto Fuenlabrada B on April 12th at home (94-78), securing a spot in the Madrid competition for 28th-36th place. They start this final group stage with a 1-0 record, and are also paired with SBA B. Their next match is on April 19th at 11:30 AM.

Junior A reached the final stage of the Gold League, first defeating Baloncesto Fuenlabrada in El Arroyo on April 12th (112-116). They snatched victory in impressive fashion from a team that also nearly reached the Madrid Final Four. Colo Zuttion-led team continues to impress, and Álvaro Fernández and his spectacular performance with over 30 points was truly remarkable. They start this final group stage with a 1-0 record. They face BT A at their Torrelodones arena on April 21st at 8:30 PM.

The U22 B team has advanced to the quarterfinals with a 15-7 record after winning in Aluche on April 12 (61-79) against Revolution, continuing their winning streak. Key contributions came from our players, including Seyni Ndoye, who was the best on the court, and Aaron Lujano, who set the pace. They will travel to San Agustín Los Negrales on April 26, with the time to be determined.

The U22 Gold team began the Playoffs with their Round of 16 match against Alcorcón Basket A on April 12 at their home arena (79-91), securing another victory. They will repeat this feat in the second game of the series against Alcorcón as opponents on April 19 at the Javi Limones arena at 4:00 PM.

Torrejón Spartans returned to winning ways on April 12 with a road win against Ensanche de Vallecas C (44-71). They are currently second in the league with an 18-4 record. We have reached the FBM Round of 16, and we will face Spinola Chamartín on April 26th at 6:30 PM away.

And to wrap up #TheRecap, the TBS National Senior team came into the game with a 101-84 victory over Valcude Alcobendas in their opening match of the VIPS Round of 16. A 1-0 win in this series, with Marcos Hermosilla delivering a stellar performance, along with notable contributions from Rubén Escanciano and Junior player Luis Manuel Payas. We will face this same opponent again on April 18th at 8:10 PM at their home arena, Amaya Valdemoro.
