Our Torrejón Basket Cadet squad has been crowned at the NBA Basketball School Guadalajara 3x3 tournament held in Guadalajara.

Paco, Carlos, Jesús and Jairo have added another trophy to the showcases in a great event that serves as a prelude to the landing of the NBA Basketball Schools program in the city, with the construction of the Volapuk Plaza development center for the practice and teaching of the sport. This new center will be inaugurated towards the second half of 2024, and will have a multipurpose leisure space of 21,000 square meters located on Avenida de Eduardo Guitián in Guadalajara, it will have a newly built four-star hotel, a convention center, offices, restaurants and a shopping center. The NBA Basketball School Guadalajara will have four indoor and two outdoor basketball courts, as well as a strength and conditioning gym and recovery rooms.

The complex will be one of the largest NBA Basketball School venues in Europe and will be the seventh of its kind in the region, along with similar programs in Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.

With the presence of legends such as Ticha Penicheiro, former Portuguese player and member of the WBNA Hall of Fame, and Ronny Turiaf, former French NBA player as ambassadors of this event, the kids have given their best to take home the gold medals .
